Inviting your team to Plai takes a few minutes. You and start setting goals, sharing feedback and scheduling reviews right away. How to create an Objective Cycle (OKR planning timeframe)
Objectives and Key Results are a powerful way to track professional and personal goals. By using Objective cycles, you can assign your Objectives to specific planning cycles and monitor that progress for your team by each cycle. What does OKR mean OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It's a goal management framework that helps companies implement the strategy. There are 4 Objective statuses: On track At risk Behind Postponed They are not updated automatically; you need to set the status manually. Use the status to understand which Objectives are on track and which needs extra attention. So that the team understands when it’s time to course-correct their plans. Each user has a tab Objectives → My Objectives on the left navigation bar. The user is considered a contributor to the OKR when at least one Key result is assigned to this user. You can have several workspaces in Plai. Some users, for example, chose to have one company workspace and another personal workspace where they keep track of their personal goals. To switch between workspaces, open Menu → Switch workspace. You’ll see a list of all your workspaces. There are several ways to invite your team to your Plai workspace. You need to have Admin, HR admin, or HR manager access level to be able to invite new people to your workspace. There are several access level roles in Plai. Admin ✅ Admins can: Have access to the Workspace settings: values, integrations, billing, export. Create/edit teams. View and edit all public OKRs. Invite new users Edit other user profile info (but not the "Manager" field). Edit Admin and Standard roles (but not the HR manager or HR admin) ❌ Admins don't have access to Reviews. ❌ Admins cannot change the "Manager" field for users (only HRs can do it). Update own profile As a user, you can update your profile by going to Menu → Edit profile. Create a team structure in Plai that reflects your organizational hierarchy. To create a team in Plai, you need to have an Admin, HR admin or HR manager access level.
