Giving and Requesting Feedback

Real-time feedback is a must in organizations - both in the giving and receiving end. It is a catalyst for a good communication flow and an even greater employee performance.

📝 Here is a step-by step guide on requesting feedback:

1. Navigate to https://app.plai.team/

2. On the left-side panel, click "Feedback"

3, Click "Ask for feedback"

4. Click "Select anyone you would like to request feedback from"

5. From the drop-down menu, select the person you want to ask feedback from

6. If you want to use a template, click "Add template"

7. Select the questions you'd like to add by clicking the checkboxes

8. Once done, click "Apply"

9. Click "Add question" if you want to add your own question

10. Type in the question you want to ask

11. If you want a guide on how to ask for feedback, click "Tips on how to ask for feedback"

12. You can also view the feedback you received from the same person by clicking on the last part of the window

13. Once you've finalized all the questions you want to ask, click "Ask"

2. On the left-side panel, click "Feedback"

3. Click "Give feedback"

4. Click "Give constructive feedback to"

5. From the drop-down menu, select the person you want to ask feedback from

6. To choose from the available templates, click "Add template"

7. Select the feedback prompt you'd like to add by clicking the checkboxes

8. Once done, click "Apply"

9. Edit your feedback accordingly

10. To check for the best feedback possible, click "✨Analyze with AI"

11. You have the option to copy and paste the AI-generated suggestion or go with the initial feedback that you made

12. If you want a guide on how to give feedback, click "Tips on how to give feedback

13. You can also view the feedback you have given to the same person by clicking on the last part of the window

14. Once you're done with your feedback, click "Give"
