How to Create an Objective Cycle (OKR planning timeframe) in IMPACT

Objectives and Key Results are a powerful way to track professional and personal goals. By using Objective cycles, you can assign your Objectives to specific planning cycles and monitor that progress for your team by each cycle. 

 We made Objective Cycles easy to set up and customize to fit your unique company needs.

☝️ Note: Objective Cycle is a required field for each OKR. You cannot create an OKR without the Objective Cycle.

📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on creating an Objective Cycle (OKR planning timeframe)

1. Navigate to https://app.plai.team/

2. After ensuring that you have both HR admin and admin access, click on the drop-down arrow on the upper left side panel

3. Click "Workspace setting"

4. Click "Objectives cycles"

5. Click "Create cycle"

6. Write the title you want in the "Name" field

7. To set a start and end date, click the "Start Date" field

8. Choose your desired start date

9. Choose your desired end date and click on it

10. Write a description of your cycle in the Description box field.

11. Once done, click "Create cycle"

12. Now, you'll be able to see the cycle you just created in the category where it belongs (Current, Upcoming, Past)
