When you create a new IMPACT workspace, we create a demo environment for you to help you get started. You start with 9 teams and 16 demo users (with different roles and permissions). They have pre-filled Objectives and a history of progress, feedback, and praise interactions with you, 3 Review cycles, and review responses. Your IMPACT workspace is your home. Keep it clean and up to date. To update your IMPACT workspace, you need to have an Admin access level. Go to Menu → Workspace settings to update your workspace. You can have several workspaces in IMPACT. Some users, for example, chose to have one company workspace and another personal workspace where they keep track of their personal goals. To switch between workspaces, open Menu → Switch workspace. You’ll see a list of all your workspaces. There are several ways to invite your team to your IMPACT workspace. You need to have Admin, HR admin, or HR manager access level to be able to invite new people to your workspace. Invite by email Go to the People tab, and press the Invite people button. Write the emails of your teammates, and hit Send invites. There are several access level roles in IMPACT. Admin ✅ Admins can: Have access to the Workspace settings: values, integrations, billing, export. Create/edit teams. View and edit all public OKRs. Invite new users Edit other user profile info (but not the "Manager" field). Edit Admin and Standard roles (but not the HR manager or HR admin) ❌ Admins don't have access to Reviews. ❌ Admins cannot change the "Manager" field for users (only HRs can do it). Update your own profile in IMPACT As a user, you can update your profile by going to Menu → Edit profile. Update your name, avatar, job title, timezone, etc. ☝️ Note: Only Admins and HRs can update your manager since the manager might have access to sensitive information from the Reviews. Create a team structure in IMPACT that reflects your organizational hierarchy. To create a team in IMPACT, you need to have an Admin, HR admin or HR manager access level. Users with Standard access level cannot create/edit teams. Go to All teams and hit the Create team button. Select the team icon, name, team purpose, members, and parent team. You can configure notifications you receive from IMPACT in the Notification settings. Go to Menu → Edit profile → Notifications to update your settings. If you don’t need the IMPACT workspace any more - no worries. You can always delete your workspace. Go to Menu -Workspace settings -Delete workspace. Delete workspace in IMPACT If you have several workspaces — your data in other workspaces won't be affected (this function deletes only one single workspace).
