⏱ Onboarding: How long does it take to implement IMPACT?
Inviting your team to IMPACT is easy and only takes a few minutes!
You can also start setting OKRs, sharing feedback, crafting surveys, creating 1:1 meetings, giving praise, updating IDPs, and scheduling reviews right away.
However, most teams spend 1-2 weeks playing around in the platform environment to test content, familiarize themselves with the platform, and develop internal launch communication plans.

Upon onboarding, you will meet with our Customer Experience team (plan 1 hour for the initial onboarding call) to ensure your workspace is customized to your organization's needs.
