What Events Does Process from Salesforce? uses the Salesforce SOAP API (v45 as the the date of this writing) to aggregate events from that the configured username, password and security token has access to.  Out of the box we aggregate the following events:

Account Created

Opportunity Date Changed
Opportunity Amount Changed
Opportunity Won ✅
Opportunity Lost ✅
Opportunity Stage Changed

Advanced Insights

Lexi can also use the Salesforce CRM data to produce advanced insights, not simply event data.  Those advanced values to query are:

time to closed won ✅

opportunity (count of total opportunities)
