Updating OKR Statuses

In IMPACT, Objectives have four statuses :


  1. On Track


  1. At Risk


  1. Behind


  1. Postponed


These statuses are manually updated —empowering teams to stay actively involved in tracking progress.


Why It Matters:

Statuses help teams understand what needs attention , fostering transparency and timely support when things go off course. It’s about simplifying decision-making and ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on meaningful progress. When an Objective is Postponed , it won’t be counted in the overall progress—keeping your dashboard focused on current, active goals.
