How do I terminate an admin of our organization?

Occasionally there comes a time when the person that administers your organization needs to leave the company.  First, appoint someone as a new administrator and change their role to Admin (just edit their profile and select the new role).  Then, change the outgoing admin's role to Employee.  Finally, select the Terminate button to deactivate them in your organization.
