The Peoplelogic.ai Clockify integration allows you to use API keys from your Clockify account to aggregate information on the time entries from teams that the api key has permission to access. See What Events Does Peoplelogic.ai Process from Clockify for more information on the events that Peoplelogic.ai aggregates.
You must have admin access to your Peoplelogic.ai account. If you don't, point your administrator to this page to have them set up the integration.
Peoplelogic will attempt to map the users in Figma to Peoplelogic accounts via email. If the users do not match, you may want to map the users within Peoplelogic. See Mapping External Usernames to Employees for more information.
You must generate an api key for the account that you want Peoplelogic.ai to use and that api key must have access to the workspaces that you would like to aggregate events from. To generate an api key for Clockify, login to your Clockify account and go to Profile Settings:
Either copy the existing API Key or Click Generate to create and copy it somewhere handy for later.
Once you have your Clockify api key, it's time to set up Peoplelogic.ai. First, click the + icon near the top right of the Peoplelogic.ai interface and then click Add Integration.
Next, scroll down or search for Clockify (Under Project Management) and click the Connect to Clockify button.
Next, you'll be shown a form to enter the details about your integration. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.
Enter a meaningful and unique name
Enter your api key into the API key field.
Expand the Advanced section and fill in a comma separated list of team ids from the prerequisites.
When done, you should have something that looks like the following:
Click the green Save to complete the process and it should take you back to the screen showing your integration listed among the active integrations.
Peoplelogic.ai will start to aggregate the events immediately and you should see events showing in the main dashboard timeline. If you don't see any events and you know there has been activity in your accessible Clockify workspaces, please contact Peoplelogic.ai Support.
