Building a career plan requires analyzing a review first!

Nova allows you to transform performance reviews into actionable Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Once you upload and analyze your reviews, Nova identifies strengths, skill gaps, and growth opportunities, making creating a personalized development plan for each employee.

Upload Performance Reviews or Goal Performance:

  • Upload the review or goal files in CSV or Excel format.

  • Ensure the file includes the necessary columns for analysis.

Generate an Individual Development Plan (IDP):

Nova can turn review insights or goal performance into a structured IDP with clear goals, milestones, and timelines.

Example Prompt: Create an IDP for Brian based on his last performance review.

1. Goals (1, 3, 5 year)

2. Personal Analysis (including strengths/weaknesses)

3. Clarifying Skills and Sources

4. Action Plan
