Giving (or taking away) new users access to Nova

If you're already a Peoplelogic Impact customer - good news! All of your users can access Nova from within Slack without any extra setup. Just manage their roles and access from within Impact.

With Nova, People Ops is a team sport!

Fortunately, it's easy to give new users access to Nova. From within Slack, just ask Nova to give a new user access:

grant access to @Brian Droz

Nova will tell you that either the user was given access or that they already have access!

Sometimes you'll need to remove access for team members. That's just as easy.
