Private vs Public OKRs

We added visibility options to OKRs, so that you control who can view and edit each OKR.

When creating the OKR in IMPACT, you have an option to select the Visibility setting.

Who can view and edit new OKRs:

Public team OKRs:

👀 View: all
✍ Edit: team members + Admins

Private team OKRs:

👀 View: team members only
✍ Edit: team members only

Public user OKRs:

👀 View: all
✍ Edit: user + manager(s) + Admins

Private user OKRs:

👀 View: user + manager(s)
✍ Edit: user + manager(s)

Note: "manager(s)" means all the managers up the hierarchy.

Additionally, every OKR can have Collaborators — an option to add any user that you want to be able to view and edit this Objective.

How to use the HR Review analytics 📊

Before You Begin
Ensure you have the appropriate permissions (Admin, HR Admin, or HR Manager) to access and use Review Analytics.

Using Review Analytics
In the "Analytics" tab , you can select one or multiple review cycles for analysis, using up to 10 linear scale questions or score attributes from your performance reviews to gain deeper insights.

Customizing Notifications in IMPACT

You can configure notifications you receive from IMPACT in the Notification settings. Go to Menu → Edit profile → Notifications to update your settings.

There are several categories of notifications:

1. Objectives

These are notifications about activities in your Objectives, your team Objectives, or reminders to set/update your Objectives

2. Feedback

Notifications about the new feedback requests or about the new feedback you receive in IMPACT.

3. Praise

Notifications about the Praise you receive in IMPACT.

OKR Analytics

Monitor what is the status and progress of your IMPACT OKRs over time. Stay up to date about the team progress and take proactive actions when necessary.

OKR progress is calculated as the weighted average (mean) of the Key result progress.

The team OKR progress is calculated as an average of all OKRs assigned to the team in the given Objective cycle

Historical OKR progress

Go to the “Dashboard” tab to view the OKR progress over time.

We take the snapshot every Sunday at 00:00 of all the team progress in all active Objective cycles. Additionally, we take the snapshot on the last day of the month. And present it to you in the historical chart.

Start by selecting the Objective cycle you want to view the progress for and up to 5 teams.

The bottom scale is:

In weeks (W1, W2, etc.) for Objective cycles <= 6 months.

Directory Team Sync (beta)

The Directory Team Sync feature in Peoplelogic Impact allows you to automatically sync employee and team data from your HR Information System (HRIS) or IT systems (such as Entra or Google) directly into the platform using Merge APIs. This ensures your employee data is always up-to-date, minimizing manual data entry and improving accuracy. You can see the current list of supported Merge Integrations and Peoplelogic Integrations.

The sync automatically updates key employee details in Peoplelogic, including:

Job Title
Email
Start Date
Manager(s)
Teams and Department Membership

Multiple Team Membership
