IMPACT is here with the regular updates.

What is new in 2022?

📊Scored Attributes in Review Cycles

Make your reviews even more powerful and get insightful analytics using Scored Attributes. 🚀 You can now add the Scored attributes to your Linear Scale questions, assign the weights, and build Radar Chart to compare the scores from peers, managers, and self-evaluation.

👥Improved user management

User profile sections extend with a few more parameters: birth date, location, and gender. And also, you can assign multiple managers to your users - up to 7 to any user.

🗂Improved reviews management

We found that HR managers often need to discuss review results with managers before sharing them with all recipients. So, now you can allow managers to view initial responses as they arrive before the final review result is calibrated/shared.

And lastly, we added folders to review cycles to allow you to organize your templates & results.

Find a review cycle that has a "FINISHED" status and click it.

Click the "3 dots" icon on the upper right of the review results progress page.

Then click "Export all responses" to download a .CSV file of your review responses.

📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on how to participate in surveys in IMPACT

Step 1: Access the Survey

Open your email and locate the survey invitation.
Click the "Submit Answers in IMPACT (formely Plai)" link in the email.
You’ll be redirected to the IMPACT platform.

Step 2: Start the Survey

Once in IMPACT, click "Write Response."
Then click "Answer Survey" to begin.

Step 3: Answer the Questions

Click on your desired answer

Private vs Public OKRs

We added visibility options to OKRs, so that you control who can view and edit each OKR.

When creating the OKR in IMPACT, you have an option to select the Visibility setting.

Who can view and edit new OKRs:

Public team OKRs:

👀 View: all
✍ Edit: team members + Admins

Private team OKRs:

👀 View: team members only
✍ Edit: team members only

Public user OKRs:

👀 View: all
✍ Edit: user + manager(s) + Admins

Private user OKRs:

👀 View: user + manager(s)
✍ Edit: user + manager(s)

Note: "manager(s)" means all the managers up the hierarchy.

Additionally, every OKR can have Collaborators — an option to add any user that you want to be able to view and edit this Objective.
