Introduction

The Peoplelogic.ai Clockify integration allows you to use API keys from your Clockify account to aggregate information on the time entries from teams that the api key has permission to access. Prerequisites

You must have admin access to your Peoplelogic.ai account. If you don't, point your administrator to this page to have them set up the integration.
Peoplelogic will attempt to map the users in Figma to Peoplelogic accounts via email. If the users do not match, you may want to map the users within Peoplelogic. See 📄 Mapping External Usernames to Employeesfor more information.
You must generate an api key for the account that you want Peoplelogic.ai to use and that api key must have access to the workspaces that you would like to aggregate events from. To generate an api key for Clockify, login to your Clockify account and go to Profile Settings:

Either copy the existing API Key or Click Generate to create and copy

📊Scored Attributes in Review Cycles

Make your reviews even more powerful and get insightful analytics using Scored Attributes. 🚀 You can now add the Scored attributes to your Linear Scale questions, assign the weights, and build Radar Chart to compare the scores from peers, managers, and self-evaluation.

👥Improved user management

User profile sections extend with a few more parameters: birth date, location, and gender. And also, you can assign multiple managers to your users - up to 7 to any user.

🗂Improved reviews management

We found that HR managers often need to discuss review results with managers before sharing them with all recipients. So, now you can allow managers to view initial responses as they arrive before the final review result is calibrated/shared.

And lastly, we added folders to review cycles to allow you to organize your templates & results.

Ensure the file includes the necessary columns for analysis.

Generate an Individual Development Plan (IDP):

Nova can turn review insights or goal performance into a structured IDP with clear goals, milestones, and timelines.

How do I terminate an admin of our organization?

Occasionally there comes a time when the person that administers your Peoplelogic.ai organization needs to leave the company. First, appoint someone as a new administrator and change their role to Admin (just edit their profile and select the new role). Then, change the outgoing admin's role to Employee. Finally, select the Terminate button to deactivate them in your organization.

Peoplelogic will attempt to map the users in Figma to Peoplelogic accounts via display name. If this doesn't work or there are duplicates, you may want to map the users within Peoplelogic. See __ 📄 Mapping External Usernames to Employeesfor more information.
To access multiple teams with the Peoplelogic - Figma integration, you'll need to copy the team ids from the URL for each team you access. This is required because Figma does not yet provide an API to get the teams that a user has access to. See the screenshot for an example - just copy the part after team/ and before the name of your team.
