Nova helps individuals extract actionable insights and personalized recommendations from performance reviews. Whether you're analyzing a single review or multiple reviews, Nova can surface key themes, identify strengths and skill gaps, and suggest next steps for personal development.

Upload Your Review(s):

  • Upload individual or team performance reviews in CSV or Excel format.

  • Ensure each file includes the following columns:

    • Employee Name

    • Feedback Summary

    • Ratings or Review Scores

    • Suggested Development Areas (if applicable)

Example Prompt: Upload my Q1 performance review and summarize key themes.

You may need to give upload confirmation.
