📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on how to give praise in IMPACT:

1. Navigate to<https://app.plai.team/>

2. Click "Give praise"

3. Click "Select the person (or up to 19 people) you want to give praise to."

4. Click the "Message field" and write your recognition.

5. Click "Recognize Value" to add values that they embodied

6. Click "Emojis" to change or add personalized reactions

7. Click "Send to Slack Channel" and choose the channel you want to push your praise to

8. Click "Give Praise" to complete
