Thank you for using Peoplelogic Nova! While we have strived to do comprehensive testing, AI models can at times be unpredictable. As such, there will be inconsistencies or issues.

When issues occur or the output is not what you expect, sometimes the best course of action is just opening a new conversation with Nova and trying again. If the issue persists, feel free to click the File a ticket link in the header here!

What we know isn't perfect

• Sometimes the AI confuses your meaning - open another conversation with Nova and try to word it slightly differently. This is particularly common when scheduling tasks.

• Chat memory is limited to a rolling 50 messages and may be cleared at any time

• Complicated tasks may not have the exact desired output and seemingly simple tasks may expand into complicated tasks

• Sometimes requests will show the confirmation tooling but don't actually need it

• Sometimes tasks (particularly when scheduling workflows) will ask for confirmation twice

• Once a scheduled task is scheduled - you cannot reschedule it (we're working on this!). Just remove it and re-add it for now.

• Complicated Excel files may not be analyzed properly (for example nested headers within your objectives)
