AI Pulse Survey Tab

A dedicated "AI Pulse Survey" tab has been added to the context panel for creating or editing surveys. This new section allows you to leverage AI for fast, intelligent question generation.

Custom Prompts and Predefined Templates

  • Custom Prompts: Input your own prompt to guide the AI in creating specific questions.

  • Predefined Templates: Choose from five ready-made templates to instantly generate questions for common survey types:

    • Individual Performance

    • Team Process Feedback

    • Team Morale

    • Team Engagement

    • Team Well-being

Question-by-Question or Bulk Application

  • Apply generated questions one by one to ensure relevance and alignment.

  • Or, apply all questions at once for a quicker setup.

Seamless Integration with Predefined Formats

  • Every AI-generated question is automatically formatted to fit seamlessly into your survey, ensuring consistency and compatibility with your reporting tools.

How It Works

  1. Access the AI Pulse Survey Tab

    • Navigate to the context panel when creating a new survey or editing an existing one.

    • Select the "Generate Pulse Survey" tab to start using AI-powered question generation.

  2. Choose a Template or Create a Custom Prompt

    • Pick one of the five predefined templates to generate questions instantly.

    • Alternatively, enter a custom prompt if you have specific needs or a unique survey topic.

  3. Review and Apply Questions

    • Preview the AI-generated questions.

    • Select individual questions to include, or apply all of them to your survey with one click.

  4. Finalize and Distribute

    • Once questions are added, finalize your survey as usual.

    • Distribute it to gather quick, actionable insights with minimal setup effort.
