How to use the HR Review analytics 📊

Before You Begin
Ensure you have the appropriate permissions (Admin, HR Admin, or HR Manager) to access and use Review Analytics.

Using Review Analytics
In the "Analytics" tab, you can select one or multiple review cycles for analysis, using up to 10 linear scale questions or score attributes from your performance reviews to gain deeper insights.

Calibration Insights
Pro Tip: Compare grades before and after calibration to highlight discrepancies. This ensures a fair, balanced assessment across the board.
