📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on generating review summaries using AI in IMPACT

Open the review cycle you want to summarize (it must be in a "Finished" status).

From the Results Progress page, click "View".

If the review is finished, the first thing you'll see is a new tab in review results titled "AI Overview beta". This tab will display the 3 top insights from an AI analysis. The first two insights will be "Overall Performance Rating" and "Key Results Achievement". Then the third insight will be selected by the AI. These insights get populated automatically, but only when the review cycle is finished.

To generate a AI Notes Summary, navigate to the notes tab. These notes can be shared once you click "Generate summary with AI ✨".

Click "SAVE" when you're done.
