Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are a powerful way to track both professional and personal growth, helping you focus on what truly matters—meaningful impact and real outcomes. By using Objective Cycles, you can align your goals with specific planning periods, making it easier to maintain focus and adaptability as your team progresses.
We’ve designed Objective Cycles to be simple and flexible, empowering you to create a framework that matches your unique company needs without unnecessary complexity. This allows you to prioritize impactful results while ensuring everyone stays aligned.
Objective Cycles are more than just a way to organize your OKRs—they’re a critical tool for ensuring focus, alignment, and adaptability across your team. By setting clear timeframes, Objective Cycles help you simplify goal tracking, maintain transparency, and ensure that everyone is working toward the same impactful outcomes. This keeps your performance management process straightforward and efficient, allowing your team to achieve more without the burden of unnecessary complexity. With Objective Cycles, your goals become actionable, meaningful, and easily adaptable to changing needs.
👆 Note: Objective Cycle is a required field for each OKR. You cannot create an OKR without the Objective Cycle.
