These statuses are manually updated—empowering teams to stay actively involved in tracking progress.
Why It Matters:
Statuses help teams understand what needs attention, fostering transparency and timely support when things go off course. It’s about simplifying decision-making and ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on meaningful progress. When an Objective is Postponed, it won’t be counted in the overall progress—keeping your dashboard focused on current, active goals.
