Your IMPACT workspace is your home. Keep it clean and up to date.

To update your IMPACT workspace, you need to have an Admin access level.

Go to Menu → Workspace settings to update your workspace.

Change workspace logo, name, timezone, company mission on the first screen.

Create the Objective cycles that reflect your team planning cadence.

Integrations

Connect Slack to receive updates about changes in your Objectives, about the new feedback and praises. Team members will be able to choose to receive messages in DMs as well.

OKR TV Mode

MPACT OKR TV screen is a dashboard designed to keep your goals public, and your team engaged. One of the critical problems with OKRs is that people forget about them and/or lose engagement.

Displaying your key Objectives on the TV dashboard in the office is a great way to achieve that. Show everyone what your main focus is and what's the most recent progress.

To enable the OKR TV screen, you need to have "Admin"-level permissions.

Values

Set up your company values. Team members will be able to endorse and live the company values when giving praises to each other.

Export

Here you can export different objective cycles into a CSV format. You can select any of your current or past cycles.
