Application tracking systems (ATS)

Nova supports connecting some of the more advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) to help facilitate common talent activities like interview preparation or helping the organization understand the open roles in a transparent way.

While we partner with Merge.dev for ATS integration, not all ATS connections are available. We require an ATS that supports an Interview API and a Job Posting API.

Connecting your ATS is easy. Just ask Nova to connect (or reconnect) your ATS and it will guide you through the process.

Depending on the amount of data in your ATS, it may take a few minutes for it to be accessible to questions. Data is sync'd daily.
