Enter a relevant name and introduction that relates to your review cycle.

Don't forget to click this icon if you want to include a self-evaluation to compare OKR feedback and ratings.

You can click the "Search questions" field and type in OKR to filter what questions you see right away.

Click the OKR questions you want to add to the review cycle.

That first question titled "How did you perform on the following OKR:" will automatically populate the current OKRs for the recipient when the review is started.
