How to Add Organization Timezones & Update Employee Locations

Introduction


Ensuring Organization and Employee Timezone Locations stay up-to-date is key when it comes to searching for predictive disengagement, burnout, and attrition insights. With accurate Timezone Locations, it's easy to drill down into each team's Focused Work Hours, High Impacting Factors, and Top Recommendations to see where individual employees are spending the majority of their working time.


How-To Tutorial


Step # 1: Add Organization Timezones



  • Navigate to the Gear icon (top right)


  • Scroll/select Organization Settings


  • From here, click Locations (by org details)


  • Enter the new Org Location, Timezone, Start Time & End Time (we recommended choosing 8:00am for the start time and 6:00pm for the end time).


  • Make sure to click the Save button (you should see a platform prompt reading ‘Successfully Saved’)



Step # 2: Update Employee Locations



  • Navigate to the Employees List (top left)


  • Select Edit Actions next to the employee for who you'd like to update locations for


  • Enter the new location and click through the steps


  • Make sure to click the Save button (you should see a platform prompt reading ‘Successfully Saved’)
