# Updating OKR Statuses

In IMPACT, Objectives have **four statuses** :

  1. **On Track**

  2. **At Risk**

  3. **Behind**

  4. **Postponed**

These statuses are **manually updated** —empowering teams to stay actively involved in tracking progress.

**Why It Matters:**  
Statuses help teams **understand what needs attention** , fostering transparency and timely support when things go off course. It’s about **simplifying decision-making** and ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on **meaningful progress**. When an Objective is **Postponed** , it won’t be counted in the overall progress—keeping your dashboard focused on current, active goals.
