# Review Analytics

**Peoplelogic partnered with Plai in August 2023. Since then, our team has been working hard to transition Plai to Peoplelogic Impact from a branding perspective. ## **How to use the HR Review analytics** 📊

**Before You Begin**  
Ensure you have the appropriate permissions (Admin, HR Admin, or HR Manager) to access and use Review Analytics.

**Using Review Analytics**  
In the **"Analytics" tab** , you can select one or multiple review cycles for analysis, using up to **10 linear scale questions or score attributes** from your performance reviews to gain deeper insights.

**Filters and Insights**  
Tailor your review results by applying meaningful filters:

  * **Gender** : Compare employee performance by gender for a balanced evaluation.

  * **Location** : Understand performance trends across different office locations.

  * **Birthday Range** : Separate results by seniority, comparing Senior vs. Junior employees.

  * **Start/End Date Range** : Measure performance across different employee tenures.

  * **User(s)** : Focus on specific employees for individualized feedback.

  * **Team(s)** : Identify performance trends within or across teams.

**Grouping Criteria**  
Further refine your analysis by grouping results to compare grades by **location, team, or direct manager**. These breakdowns help you spot trends and opportunities for growth within key areas of your organization.

You can group your results by the following criteria:  
\- _Compare grades by locations_  
\- _Compare grades by teams_  
\- _Compare grades by direct managers_

**Calibration Insights**  
**Pro Tip** : Compare grades **before and after calibration** to highlight discrepancies. This ensures a fair, balanced assessment across the board.

**Visualization Options**  
Switch to **table view** to see detailed grade values. With everything at your fingertips, Review Analytics makes it easy to extract actionable insights. 🚀
