📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on calibrating review cycles in IMPACT:

1. Navigate to https://app.plai.team

2. On the left-side navigation pane, click "Reviews"

3. Under "My reviews", navigate to the review cycle you want to calibrate

4. Click "View"

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Calibrate"

6. Make any calibrations you wish

7. Click "Save"

8. Once you're done, click "Exit"
