# Exporting Your OKRs

With IMPACT, you can easily export your OKRs to make data more accessible even for offline viewing.

📝 Here is a **step-by-step** guide on exporting OKRs in IMPACT

  1. **Navigate to**<https://app.plai.team/>

  2. **After ensuring that you have both HR admin and admin access, click on the drop-down arrow on the upper left side panel**

  3. **Click "Workspace setting"**

  4. **Click "Objectives cycles"**

  5. **Navigate to the OKR you want to export and click on the three dots beside it**

  6. **Click "Export"**

  7. **From here, data from this OKR will be downloaded as a .csv or spreadsheet file.**

  8. **If you navigate the file, you can see various information such as objective id, title, key results, key results owner, etc**
